What is an online business manager?

An online business manager (OBM) provides structure and direction for your business. OBM’s help dreamers become doers with tactical planning. They can also help streamline existing systems so your business can reach its full potential.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of OBM activities:

  • Creating and tracking Gantt Charts through the duration of a project

  • Setting up and maintaining project applications like Asana or Trello for team management

  • Reviewing existing processes and evaluating them for inefficiencies or bottlenecks

  • Creating and tracking project budgets

OBMs keep the operations side running smoothly. This allows entrepreneurs to focus on honing their products/services and planning their businesses future.

In other words, instead of using your energy to keep your afloat, you can continue progressing forward.
